Ahhhh… lunch with Dad at Moose’s Tooth…
Server: “What can I get you to drink?”
Dad: “I’ll have the, uh, PGA.”
Server: “ummmm…”
Me: “The IPA… haha…”
Dad: “I knew it had a ‘G’ in it.”

“Bad Timing” by my innocent-ish friend Sam

So, I decided it would probably be okay (read: not too embarrassing) to let my girls Jen and Sam tag along with me today to look at a house with my realtor Kevin, who is also Adam’s uncle.
My only expectation? Don’t embarrass me. (This is pretty much my only expectation ever, but I always expect [...]

Genius (or ridiculousness) runs in my family

Look, I know that I’m ridiculous and that I tell ridiculous stories about my ridiculous life… but it TOTALLY RUNS IN MY FAMILY (and you know you love it) :

See, my birthday hasn’t fallen on a weekend in a few years, so Adam and I have had my [...]

Conversations in Jennyland

After much deliberation, I have decided to post the transcript of an AWESOME conversation I had recently. And by awesome, I mean it was a conversation that inspired awe…
(Warning: Not suitable for young eyes. Or really for the young ears that were in attendance when this transpired [namely, MINE], but it’s just too late…)

Looking through my [...]

Just reminiscing…

…about the wedding. Now that I put all of the proofs into an album (read: spent 5 hours sitting on the couch sifting through wedding pictures), I think I’ve chosen my favorite:

We had such a wonderful day, with really no setbacks. I was surrounded all morning and afternoon by the lovely ladies in my life, [...]
